When can I expect to receive my shipment?

We ship all orders from our warehouse within 3 business days from the time your order is placed. Depending on location and availability, we deliver all orders with 10-25 business days. Please note that customs clearance, inspection requirements or transportation delays can affect delivery time. How can I track my order?

Once shipped, your order will receive a shipping confirmation in which a tracking number and link will be provided. To track your order, simply visit www.17track.net and enter the provided tracking number.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer free shipping and a standard cost of $5.99 on all orders depending on current offers. This is for all orders worldwide. See shipping costs at checkout.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. In the event you are having issues with entering a shipping address at check out, contact us at support@craftyuplift.com

How do I change my shipping address?

Contact us as soon as possible at our email support@craftyuplift.com. If contacted within the 3 day shipping window we will be able to update it no problem. If outside that window we can still attempt it but it is not guaranteed.

Can I have my order delivered to an address different from my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible to have your order delivered to an address that differs from your card billing address.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on the following Monday.
